Job Description - Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client is a well-established financial services institution with a strong global presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join a progressive and high-performing HR team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment across designated business units, working closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies from sourcing through offer negotiation
  2. Drive data-informed decisions and act as a strategic talent partner to business leaders by developing key recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards to measure effectiveness
  3. Develop and sustain talent pipelines for critical and niche skill sets through proactive market mapping, networking, and relationship-building beyond active candidate pools
  4. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to support an integrated talent strategy aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and future capability requirements
  5. Champion innovative and forward-thinking recruitment practices by utilizing AI-enabled tools, recruitment technologies, and creative sourcing methodologies to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and overall hiring outcomes

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  1. Strong Talent Acquisition expertise with at least 10 years of relevant experience gained within a similar environment
  2. Proven experience driving process improvements and effectively utilizing recruitment technologies and AI-enabled solutions
  3. Operational rigor and data fluency, with the ability to use data & analytics to forecast, manage performance, and influence the stakeholder ecosystem
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a proactive, adaptable, and energetic approach, alongside the ability to perform effectively within a fast-paced environment
