As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be more than a recruiter. You will be a strategic partner helping our leaders find, attract, and hire the best talent to fuel Yum!’s growth across Asia. Drawing on your deep understanding of Asia's diverse talent markets, you will provide market insights, advise business leaders on hiring strategies, and tailor sourcing approaches to attract the best talent across multiple countries and cultures.

What You’ll Do

•Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners globally to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
•Serve as a trusted partner to leaders, providing consultative guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent decisions.
•Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding for corporate roles across Yum!’s brands.
•Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity, timely follow ups, and strong execution at every stage.
•Act as the primary point of accountability for requisitions, proactively managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and candidate pipelines to deliver against hiring goals.
•Build diverse pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market research.
•Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Yum!’s values.

Qualifications 

•8+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
•Deep knowledge of talent market dynamics across Asia, including sourcing strategies, competitor landscapes, and market-specific recruitment trends.
•Comfort with recruiting technologies (Greenhouse, Oracle, or similar ATS) and data-driven decision-making.
•Experience partnering with business leaders across different Asian countries, adapting recruitment approaches to local market needs while aligning with regional and global talent strategies.
