We are in search for a Senior Talent Partner to be based in Singapore. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by leading executive and senior-level hiring across global functions and partnering with leadership on talent strategy and organizational planning. You’ll be joining a fast-moving and mission-driven group, working closely with leaders across our brands, including Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, and Explore to bring in high-caliber talent and ensure our organizational structure is aligned for growth. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and direct ownership of leadership hiring and talent planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Senior Hiring
Lead end-to-end hiring for senior and executive-level roles (typically Senior Manager and above) across Singapore and global teams.
Define role requirements and success profiles in partnership with hiring managers and the VP of Talent.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines through direct outreach, networks, referrals, and external partners.
Drive structured and efficient hiring processes, ensuring strong candidate experience and alignment with Manifest Global's bar.
Own offer strategy, negotiation, and pre-boarding experience for leadership hires.
Talent Strategy & Planning
Serve as a trusted advisor to business and function leaders, advising on workforce planning, org design, and succession planning.
Contribute to strategic hiring plans aligned with business priorities and growth stages.
Partner with the VP of Talent to drive leadership effectiveness, team development, and other people-focused initiatives.
Identify gaps in talent and structure, and recommend practical, data-informed solutions.
Collaboration & Systems
Collaborate with the wider Talent team on employer branding, leveling frameworks, and performance programs.
Maintain accurate reporting and insights on leadership hiring and org planning.
Ensure systems, documentation, and processes are consistent, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

What You Bring
7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with deep expertise in hiring senior and executive-level talent.
Strong strategic thinking, combined with excellent execution and project management.
Exceptional communication and influence with senior stakeholders.
Track record of delivering results in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Experience advising leaders on org planning, succession, and talent strategy.
Comfortable working independently while deeply collaborative with global teams.
