Senior Tax Manager

Senior Tax Manager | Up to $9000 basic | Central

* Monday – Friday | 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

* Ensure clients’ expectations and deliverables are met

* Carry out e-filing of income tax returns for clients

* Assist clients to apply for Certificate of Residence

* Assist in answering IRAS queries

* Ensure tax software is up to date and maintained regularly

* Other ad hoc assignments as tasked by Management

Client Management

• Manage a portfolio of clients across different industries.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients on tax compliance and routine advisory matters.

• Understand clients’ businesses and provide commercially practical tax guidance.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Identify additional areas where the firm can support clients.

Team Supervision

• Lead, guide, and review the work of a team of 2 to 3 tax associates.

• Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Provide coaching and technical guidance

Requirements

* Min. Degree in Accounting or equivalent

* Min. 6 year of relevant working experience

* Advantageous to have experience in handling corporate and individual clients

* Excellent communications & presentation skills

* Ambitious, self-driven, highly motivated & able to work well both individually and in a team
