JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Technical Officer supports architecture projects through technical drafting, documentation and coordination activities. The role works closely with Architects and senior technical staff to translate design concepts into accurate construction documentation and to support project delivery from design through construction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate closely with Architects and project teams to support project development and execution.
• Assist in implementing design concepts and plans under the guidance of Senior Architects and Senior Technical staff.
• Prepare technical drawings and construction documentation using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Support the selection of materials, plant species and sustainable design solutions in accordance with project requirements.
• Assist in coordinating design elements with other disciplines, including architecture, civil and engineering consultants.
• Assist in the preparation of tender specifications and tender documentation.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase, including assisting with site inspections and coordination with contractors.
• Maintain drawing standards, documentation accuracy and version control throughout project stages.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); knowledge of other design software is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Revit with basic modelling experience.
• Strong technical drawing skills and familiarity with construction documentation.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Willingness to learn, open to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous relevant working experience or internship is preferred.
