Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer (Security System)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• To troubleshoot and maintain/service security systems at clients’ premises
• Attend to fault calls during office hours and standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results..
• Familiarize yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client’s business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required

Requirements

• Min Higher Nitec & Nitec in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Knowledge in IT/Network/Server is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
• Required to perform standby duties
• Driving License – Preferably if candidate possess own vehicle
• Singapore Citizens are preferred 
• Location is at Shan Road
