Our client owns and manages a fleet of coastal tankers and barges operating in Singapore, Malaysia, and across the Southeast Asia region. They are seeking qualified candidates to take on the role of Senior Technical Superintendent, based in Singapore with rotational shifts in Fujairah.

【Responsibilities】
- Ensure vessels meet the requirements of the Classification Society, Flag State, Port State, Oil Majors, and relevant regional regulations.
- Implement and oversee the planned maintenance system, ensuring full compliance.
- Approve and monitor repairs, and manage the preparation of purchase and work orders.
- Develop dry-docking and repair specifications, and oversee progress during execution.
- Manage vessel budgets, ensuring operational standards align with owner requirements.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and prepare closure reports.
- Attend inspections by Classification Society, Flag State, Port State, Underwriters, and Oil Majors.
- Coordinate with Terminal Representatives, Charterers, Agents, Operators, and Fujairah Freezone Officials.
- Act as the first point of contact for vessel-related matters at the Fujairah branch office.
- Support the Crew Department in coordinating crew-related issues.
 

【What you will receive】
- Basic Salary: S$7,000 - S$11,000

- Variable Bonus (Depending on company & individual performance)

- Overseas travel allowance for assignments in Fujairah
 

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must) 
- Possess a COC Class 1 with sailing experience on product tankers.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience ashore as a Technical Superintendent in tanker companies.
- Familiarity with Oil Majors' vetting and inspection requirements.
- Willingness to travel abroad (Fujairah) on a rotational basis.

(Advantageous)
- Experience on foreign-going vessels.
- Strong analytical skills, independent work ethic, results-driven, resourceful, and proactive.
- Ability to join on short notice.
