Job Description - Senior Tender Executive (Construction)

Our client is a subsidiary of the worldâs foremost geotechnical specialist engineering contractor and has been established in Singapore since the 1970's. Timeo has been entrusted to look for a Senior Tender Executive to join the team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

Involved in tender documents preparation, including technical specifications and contracts agreement.

Prepare RFQ requests for quotations.

Draft sub-contractual correspondence and appropriate contract documents - subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants and submit to Contracts Manager for final approval.

Prepare, monitor co-ordinate and follow-up contractual claims and keeping of subject files of the same.

Liaise with sub-contractors for clarification and negotiation process.

Conduct and review cost analysis and recommend appropriate pricing strategies.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the updates of each project progress.

Job Requirements

Bachelorâs Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of tendering experience in foundation works project.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Meticulous and detail oriented.
