Job Description - Senior Tender Executive (Construction)



Our client is a subsidiary of the world’s foremost geotechnical specialist engineering contractor and has been established in Singapore since the 1970's. Timeo has been entrusted to look for a Senior Tender Executive to join the team in Singapore.







Job Responsibilities



  • Involved in tender documents preparation, including technical specifications and contracts agreement.

  • Prepare RFQ requests for quotations.

  • Draft sub-contractual correspondence and appropriate contract documents - subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants and submit to Contracts Manager for final approval.

  • Prepare, monitor co-ordinate and follow-up contractual claims and keeping of subject files of the same.

  • Liaise with sub-contractors for clarification and negotiation process.

  • Conduct and review cost analysis and recommend appropriate pricing strategies.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the updates of each project progress.



Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of tendering experience in foundation works project.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Meticulous and detail oriented.
