Senior Trade Executive (Freight Forwarding - Costing / Space management)

As a Senior Trade Executive, the role involves managing cargo flow movement and cargo pricing strategies to ensure vessel utilisation and optimisation alongside supporting pricing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Support ports in achieving outbound/inbound targets and optimize vessel allocation.
• Monitor and analyze vessel performance, loading factors, daily positions and allocation to take necessary actions.
• Resolving any operational issues that may arise from commercial perspective.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments.
• Maintain pricing efficiency, costs (BCO, IFF, Tenders etc.) and provide analysis on contribution.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including international freight forwarders and agencies.
• Assist Trade Manager to perform simple P&L analysis, support feasibility service studies and actively participate in business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply management or any other relevant courses
• Min 2 years of shipping exp in freight forwarding industry
• Experience in commercial pricing and NVOCC background will be an advantage 

Salary range: $4.5K to $4.9K
