Senior Trust Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the administration of complex trust portfolios while delivering exceptional client service. This role requires strong technical proficiency in trust management, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to high ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer a portfolio of trust accounts
• Serve as primary client contact and build strong relationships
• Oversee daily trust operations and maintain accurate records
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and identify risks
• Draft/review trust documents (minutes, resolutions, etc.)
• Work closely with advisors, investment managers, and banks
• Mentor junior trust administrators
• Manage debtor processes and client data systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, accounting, or related field
• 8+ years' trust administration experience with supervisory exposure
• Strong knowledge of trust law, estate planning, and fiduciary duties
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
