Job Description - Senior Trust Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client relationships, including families, entrepreneurs and private clients
Oversee the administration of trust structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and advisors (lawyers, bankers, tax professionals)
Review trust documentation, distributions, and ongoing structuring requirements
Work closely with internal teams on onboarding, AML/KYC, and periodic reviews
Support business development efforts by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities

Requirements

8+ years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, or private wealth
Strong understanding of trust structures, governance, and Singapore regulatory requirements
Proven experience managing client relationships independently
STEP qualification (or working towards) is preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
