Job Summary:

The Senior UX/UI Designer role is tailored for a visionary eager to blend aesthetics with functionality. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design projects from conception through to execution, aligning with user needs and business goals.
• Employ advanced design systems, such as Material Design and Fluent Design, to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital platforms.
• Engage in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, accurately capturing project objectives and user needs.
• Apply your expertise in information architecture to organize content and design intuitive, engaging user interfaces.
• Facilitate design workshops and focus group discussions, gathering insights and fostering a collaborative design process.
• Tackle design challenges using critical thinking to develop solutions that are innovative and practical.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes, refining designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, team leads, developers, and business analysts, providing design specifications and ensuring accurate UI implementation.
• Articulate design strategies and decisions to stakeholders, leveraging your portfolio to demonstrate your design thinking and process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with agency experience.
• Demonstrated familiarity with information architecture and design systems, notably Material Design and Fluent Design.
• Experience in conducting design workshops and focus group discussions.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Figma).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
