TLP members are expected to set technical direction, lead through influence, and develop the next generation of technical leaders.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Define and lead pathfinding photolithography projects for future technology nodes and novel memory architectures.\n * Establish long\u2011term photolithography technology vision and roadmaps, aligned with device scaling, yield, cost, and manufacturability goals.\n * Drive early development and de\u2011risking of disruptive lithography solutions, including materials, processes, equipment, and patterning schemes.\n * Serve as a recognized technical authority, influencing technology decisions across R\u0026D, integration, and manufacturing organizations.\n * Lead cross\u2011functional and cross\u2011site initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution of high\u2011impact technology programs.\n * Partner with suppliers to co\u2011innovate next\u2011generation tools, materials, and metrology capabilities.\n * Oversee advanced process development including imaging, overlay, OPC, process window optimization, and advanced process control.\n * Generate and steward intellectual property, including patents, publications, and internal technical standards.\n * Mentor and develop engineers as part of Micron\u2019s Technical Leadership Program (TLP), shaping the next generation of technical leaders.\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n * Ph.D. (preferred) or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field with at least 15 years of experience in semiconductor photolithography advanced process development\n * Recognized expertise in advanced imaging physics, including immersion lithography, polarized illumination, low\u2011k1 imaging, and pattern fidelity challenges.\n * Proven record of defining and leading high\u2011impact technology programs from concept through development and transfer.\n * Strong command of lithography simulation, materials characterization, and statistical analysis.\n * Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction at the organizational or enterprise level.\n * Exceptional problem\u2011solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Extensive hands\u2011on and strategic experience with EUV and advanced DUV lithography (365nm, 248nm, 193nm).\n * History of pathfinding or pre\u2011development leadership for new technology nodes or novel device architectures.\n * Strong external engagement with equipment and materials suppliers at a technology\u2011shaping level.\n * Established track record of patents, publications, and industry recognition.\n\n\n\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\n\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
