Senior/Executive, A.L.I.C.E @ SGH Campus (Contract)

A.L.I.C.E @ SGH Campus aims to advance innovation and research in the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. Located within SingHealth Tower, this innovation center is a 590-square-metre purpose-built hub equipped with facilities and tools for brainstorming, prototyping, and test-bedding etc. It catalyses collaborations between clinicians, healthcare innovators and multidisciplinary industry partners for the acceleration of healthcare innovations.

We are seeking an Executive to play a pivotal role in supporting the translation of innovation ideas into impactful outcomes. Our platform supports the curation of new insights, creation of innovative technologies/solutions and development of advanced workflow and expertise. You will work closely with the team to source and develop new collaboration opportunities with partners, including early and late-stage innovation enterprise as well as engage various stakeholders such as research institutions, government agencies and venture capital community among other key players in the ecosystem. 

Besides helping build a strong partnership network, your responsibilities will include providing engineering/technical support to the academic medical centre innovation project teams/innovators to translate ideas into functional prototypes as well as advance the technology readiness level of innovation projects. You will also have the opportunity to support the experiential learning of healthcare innovators.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields 
• 1-4 years of relevant working experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for the executive position.
• Adept at developing collaboration partnerships
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders in advancing the value proposition of programs/projects
• Knowledge in technology ideation and healthcare technologies will be an advantage
• Resourceful, attentive to detail with good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
