Job Description - Senior/Executive, Business Office (Billing and Claims)

You will assist in coordinating and implementing policies, procedures and quality assurance required for the department. You will provide supervision, coaching and training to the billing and claims team on service delivery, familiarisation of policies and procedures as well as the use of billing systems. You will be responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of patients’ bills and claims, as well as managing the hospital’s inpatient billing system and operations. You will also be handling patients’ feedback and bill enquiries, including the preparation of financial statistics. In addition, you will be involved in quality improvement reviews and projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with Health Insurance Knowledge with supervisory experience

• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
