Job Description - Senior/Executive, Corporate Communications (Branding & Events)

As the Senior/ Executive of the Corporate Communications department, you will drive communications initiatives with a focus on branding and events, in line with the Hospital’s vision as Your Trusted Care Partner, Innovating Healthcare for Tomorrow, to enhance its branding and increase mindshare. You will also be part of the crisis communications team.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conceptualise and implement corporate branding efforts, including premise branding, working with stakeholders to showcase CGH’s areas of excellence and our commitment to medical research and education, clinical innovation and care for patients
  • Act as a custodian of corporate identity by maintaining and updating corporate identity guidelines and templates, and providing counsel to departments 
  • Plan and facilitate corporate events/visits and corporate video and photography shoots
  • Conceptualise and organise regular CGH public forums for health education. This includes coordinating and providing guidance to the clinical care team during dry runs and events, reviewing of presentations, emceeing and management of Q&A sessions, managing of publicity efforts etc
  • Provide copywriting and design counsel and support to stakeholders on a range of collaterals including posters, signage, digital screens, advisories and patient letters, etc
  • Guide and work with stakeholders on the development of in-house and commissioned videos from start to end, including procurement, conceptualisation, scripting, filming, and post-production
  • Plan and coordinate the use of various internal and external communications platforms to drive reach and event participation. 
  • Keep abreast of best practices, and develop and maintain branding, events and photo/video guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree preferably in Mass Communications, Marketing or Visual Communication
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work. Experience in the healthcare industry will be advantageous
  • Good communication, written and interpersonal skills, and effectively bilingual
  • Excellent knowledge of branding and events management. Knowledge in design software is a bonus. 
  • Creative, resourceful, meticulous and highly driven, with strong project management skills. Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment but also a team player with a positive attitude
