We would love to meet you and discuss how we can bring progress to life together.\n\nYour key responsibilities\n\n * Managing the panel performance program efficiently by initiating appropriate performance feedback sessions, training programs and Induction of new panellists\n * Leading a group of 20 people, our external descriptive panel, to generate data and support in the data analysis from the data generated\n * Supporting sensory scientists with the delivery of sensory studies to meet project objectives to ensure key insights are communicated within the business.
