Senior/Manager, Strategic Planning - Immediate Start

We are looking for a strategic planning manager to join our team and help us achieve our long-term goals. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic plans, initiatives, and programs that align with our vision, mission, and values. You will also collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of our strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans, initiatives, and programs that support the company's objectives and priorities.
• Analyze internal and external data, trends, and best practices to identify opportunities, challenges, and risks for the company.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of strategic plans, initiatives, and programs, and provide regular reports and feedback to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among different departments, teams, and units to ensure alignment and integration of strategies and activities.
• Manage and coordinate the strategic planning process, including budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
• Support the work plan cycle by providing strategic input and guidance to ensure alignment with company objectives and priorities.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in strategic planning and management.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as consultants, vendors, customers, and regulators, to support the implementation and evaluation of strategic plans, initiatives, and programs.
• Support company secretariat work, including staffing of formal meetings, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or consulting, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans, initiatives, and programs that deliver results and value.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and data into clear and actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualisation skills will be favourably considered.
• Interest in experimenting and leveraging AI and digital tools in daily work.
