About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

Focus on helping the OKX Web3 team onboard the next million users via capturing the latest narratives such as meme season, on-chain airdrop quests, inscriptions, rising NFTs community. You will also leverage these opportunities with our application function offerings such as Wallet, DEX, Marketplace, Discover, and more

Develop features like feeds to help users find web3 related comments and opportunities

Identify cutting-edge projects, and explore innovative approaches with a particular emphasis on leveraging existing/emerging growth tools (Cryptopedia, Drops and more)/and mechanisms such as quest systems, referrals, and rewards to guide and onboard new users

Develop Web3 Dapps for retail users and blockchain communities, utilizing the Eco Hub (one-stop ecosystem promotion landing page) to foster relationships and future collaborations

Perform competitor analysis to inform product improvements and GTM strategies

Collect and present stakeholder feedback to promote cross-departmental collaboration and product enhancements

What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree or above.

Proven ability to develop product strategies, ensure timely product delivery, and good problem-solving skills

Stay attuned to trends and user needs in DeFi and Blockchain, with agility to adapt to market shifts.

Demonstrate passion for Crypto, DeFi, and NFT, with strong learning ability and initiative in supporting product strategies.

Familiar with major DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, communities, and Web3 growth tools, with a solid grasp of trending growth mechanisms.

Experience in smart contracts and blockchain programming is preferred.

Proficiency in English and Chinese

Nice to Haves

Good at coding, or has a good understanding of contract

Good communication and speech skills

Good at project management and team management
