Senior/Property Executive - Urgent Hire

Responsibilities

· Schedule & carry out routine inspection & maintenance works

· Planning for preventative and corrective maintenance works for M&E installations

· Liaise with internal & external parties for term contract renewals. Systems & plants shutdown, tenancy fitting out works and reinstatements works

· In-charge of EH&S matters and conduct safety briefings at work

· Manage a team of in-house maintenance technician, requisite M&E equipment/parts and attend to complaints relating to M&E services.

· Follow through the tender, evaluation and recommendation of service or term contracts, as well as its administration and management

· Conduct general inspection to identify services for rectification and oversee contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion.

Requirements

· Diploma in Building Services /M& E Engineering or its equivalent

· 2+ years M&E relevant experience in managing a commercial building independently

· Prefer experience in handling Electrical and Chillers matters

· Able to manage & lead a team of in-house staff and M&E term contractors

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred

· Team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
