Job Description - Senior/Service Crew (Chen's Mapo Tofu)

  • Keep guests informed about current and upcoming promotions, enhancing their experience.
  • Operate our POS systems, handling all card and cash transactions smoothly and accurately.
  • Balance cash floats at the start and end of each shift, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Help with self-collection take-away services, carefully wrapping and packing food to ensure it reaches customers in perfect condition.
  • Manage delivery platform apps, processing orders promptly and effectively.
  • Set up tables and service areas according to SOP, strictly adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with supervisors or managers to assist when needed.
  • Assist in beverage preparation and support daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a positive personality, uphold good grooming standards, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned by your supervisor or management, fostering a supportive team environment.
  • No work experience required; on-job-training will be provided
