ID:\n\nJR94080 Senior/Staff Engineer, Front End, Central Product Integration (FE cPIE)\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nResponsibilities and Tasks:\n\n * Drive end\u2011to\u2011end front\u2011end process integration across multiple modules to support yield, functionality, and scalability\n * Lead cross\u2011module root cause analysis for complex yield detractors and integration issues\n * Support yield ramp, derivative matching, and node transitions through focused integration execution\n * Act as a core cPIE contributor for assigned programs, partnering closely with site PI/PE/Device teams\n * Develop and apply Best Known Methods (BKM) within owned integration scope\n * Provide technical input to POR/TOR and ECN decisions affecting integration margin\n * Apply data\u2011driven analysis to quantify process sensitivity, margin, and risk\n * Participate in SWAT teams and technical deep dives for high\u2011impact issues\n * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within CPIE\n * Collaborate with PI, PE, Device, Yield, TD, and Quality to accelerate learning cycles\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline\n * At least 3 years of strong front\u2011end semiconductor manufacturing experience, with demonstrated exposure to process integration across multiple modules\n * Proven ability to perform complex root\u2011cause analysis on yield, functionality, or integration issues using data\u2011driven methods\n * Solid understanding of device\u2013process interactions and system\u2011level integration trade\u2011offs\n * Experience collaborating across PI, PE, Device, Yield, TD, and Quality organisations\n * Ability to influence technical decisions through analysis, insight, and technical credibility\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reviews, deep dives, and cross\u2011team alignment\n\n\n\nGood to Have:\n\n * Direct experience supporting advanced DRAM technology nodes and/or technology ramps\n * Demonstrated ownership of integration loops, yield ramp activities, or derivative matching efforts\n * Experience contributing to or developing Best Known Methods (BKM), standard practices, or reusable integration solutions\n * Familiarity with POR/TOR definition, ECN review, and change risk assessment from an integration perspective\n * Exposure to statistical analysis, yield modelling, or advanced analytics applied to manufacturing data\n * Track record of leading or contributing to SWAT teams or high\u2011impact technical investigations\n * Experience mentoring junior engineers or serving as a technical reference within a team\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nFAB Engineer 3 - FAB Engineer 4\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
