Responsibilities:

• Check with Quality (QMS department) for review of documents 
• Arrange training with the Engineering team & Production team.
• Maintaining OJT documents (new hires and existing) – cross training.
• Conduct training on product knowledge
• Weekly review OJT for new hires
• Supporting the production team 

Requirements: 

• Min Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry 
• Able to plan and create training programs
• Have experience in improving the quality of workmanship
• Able to perform technical training task like review/modify/troubleshoot defects/problems
