Objectives
The Service Admin Coordinator is responsible for handling all customers’ requests in his/her designated terrorities and support the team in responding to maintenance services, repair work and modernization to exceed customers’ expectation. The incumbent also responsible for handling order processing duties, coordinate with internal customers to prepare logistics to meet KPI and schedule service calls, effectively plan service/maintenance calls for Service Engineers.
