Service Advisor (Aftersales-focused), $3,200 higher Bonus [CS] - Opportunity to Make a Difference

• $3,200 higher + bonus
• 5-10  minutes walk from nearest MRT
• Established SME partner in the automotive industry with career progression 
• At least 2 years experience in the automotive service industry as a service advisor or related experience.
• Required to have a valid Class 3 driving license.

Our client is an official exclusive distributor of a major Automotive Corporation. They seek qualified candidates to fill the position of a Service Advisor who are committed to delivering customer-centric service and total ownership experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To ensure overall customer satisfaction after sales service.
• To execute the core processes for service activities.
• To oversee and supervise the work of the team's technicians and ensure that they work in an efficient and professional manner.
• To liaise with other departments in ensuring that customers' needs are met; on-time delivery, customer treatment, quality of repair, reasonable cost, etc.
• To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 
• Other duties as and when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma, 'A' Levels, NTC 2/3 or equivalent is required. 
• At least 2 years experience in the automotive service industry as a service advisor or related experience.
• Required to have a valid Class 3 driving license.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : East, Ubi 
• Working Days/Hours : 5.25 days/office hours

Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 7pm

Saturday (Alternate): 8am to 1pm 

• Salary : $3,200 higher + bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
