Our client’s line of business includes the retail sale of new and used automobiles, the service portfolio includes new and used car sales, parts and accessories sales as well as service and maintenance are inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Service Advisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To ensure overall customers satisfaction with Zeekr aftersales service 
• To execute the core processes for Zeekr service activities.
• To oversee and supervise the work of the team's technicians and ensure that they work in an efficient and professional manner. 
• To liaise with other departments in ensuring that customers' needs are met; on-time delivery, customer treatment, quality of repair, reasonable cost, etc. 
• To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 
• Other duties as and when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least diploma, ‘A’ Levels, NTC 2/3 or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the automotive service industry as a service advisor or related experience.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license is compulsory. 

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location                               :  Ubi Road
• Working Days/Hours          : 5.25 days / Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1900hrs Saturday (Alternate): 0800hrs to 1300hrs
• Salary : $3500 + Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
