• Basic - $2,400 - $3,500 + Bonus
• Working location: East Area 
• Working days - Mon – Fri, Normal Office Hours + Alt Sat (Half Day)

Job Responsibilities:

• Address inquiries regarding service outcomes, schedule appointments, and coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up
• Offer customers valuable advice on warranty coverage and potential cost-saving opportunities
• Supervise and coordinate the workflow and schedule of the dealership
• Contact customers to inform them about any service changes or updated car pick-up times
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Possess Nitec and above qualification
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the automotive service industry.
• Customer service orientated with good listening skills
• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license
