Job Purpose:
- To provide guests with a unique mobility experience through exercising immaculate guest services aimed at exceeding the guests’ expectations in terms of hospitality, friendliness, warm welcome and fond farewell.
- Operate assigned vehicles as a tool to support the provision of the unique mobility experience.
- Driving assignments for senior management and other charter request including board car services.
- Upkeep of the fleet of attraction mobility vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the Beach Trams safely based on SOP schedule provided
- Responsible for driving good work ethics, discipline and cultivating good working habits.
- To ensure compliance of grooming standards and code of conduct
- Provide a warm welcome to guest boarding the tram
- Provide scripted live commentary with the hands free devices provided in the beach trams.
- Actively and voluntarily participate in Guest Engagement activities when there are opportunities.
- Perform any other duties in accordance with operation requirements.
Job Competences:
- “O” Level
- Must have Class 3 Driving License.
- Team Player
- Must be able to work on shifts, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
- Enjoy interacting with People
