Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take orders, serve food & beverages, and recommend menu items.
• Prepare dining areas before opening and clean up after closing.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and organized.
• Handle billing and payments accurately.
• Welcome and assist members and guests with a positive attitude.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Report customer feedback or service issues to supervisors.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and service standards at all times.

Job Requirement

• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday
• Able to start work immediately
