Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Provide general IT support including setting up, configure and troubleshooting
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- 1 year renewable contract
Job Requirement
- Nitec/Higher Nitec in any field
- No working experience required
- Customer-oriented, patient and a strong team player
- Good communication skills
