Job Description

・Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
・Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer site.
・Install new test systems and software upgrades.
・Work on projects such as creating manuals/SOPs etc.

Job Requirement

-Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
-Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with counterparts in Japan during weekly meetings, training, or troubleshooting.
-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Willingness to travel frequently overseas on short notice.
-Flexibility to work overtime or on public holidays if necessary.
