Job Scope:

• Install, maintain, and repair both automatic and manual welding machines and CNC machining equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
• Address and resolve technical issues and production requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues, and recommend effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive service reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to assist with product development and enhancement projects.
• Deliver in-house training on the correct use and upkeep of equipment.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Willingness to travel overseas is required.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our in-house production team in Singapore and globally, and ensuring our products operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of TIG automatic cladding machines, manual welding machines (E.g. Fronius Brand)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair automatic and manual welding machines and/or CNC Machining
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Resolve production technical concerns and requirements.
• Provide in-house training on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Create and maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
• Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to support product development and improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the O&G industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Philippines and Malaysia as needed.
