Service Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

1. Provide installation, repairing and maintenance of laboratory instruments;
2. Conduct operational & technical training to customers;
3. Collaborate with sales team to ensure high service quality;
4. Maintain good relationship with customers

Requirement

1. Higher diploma or above in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering or related disciplines. Degree holders of science subjects will also be considered;
2. Knowledge and experience with chromatograph equipment will be advantageous;
3. Good interpersonal and trouble-shooting skills, mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
4. Good command in written and spoken Chinese & English
