Service Engineer (Robotic/ Automation) - Urgent

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-site setup and commissioning of the robot, ensuring readiness for operation.
• Conduct thorough testing, identify and troubleshoot errors or failures, and implement solutions promptly. 
• Collaborate with the presales team to conduct site surveys and assessments, evaluating customer locations, infrastructure, and specific needs to determine optimal robot setup and deployment.
• Manage robot repairs and maintenance tasks, including regular maintenance activities and addressing breakdowns or failures according to SOP/guidelines.
• Travel to customer sites, both locally and internationally as needed, to provide on-site support, conduct setup and maintenance, and resolve technical issues on short notice, adapting to varying work environments and schedules.
• Document service and fault reports accurately, recording service details, encountered issues, and actions taken for review and analysis by superiors and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of customer service tasks, including logs and internal records, ensuring timely completion of all documentation.
• Train customers and end-users on robot handling, maintenance, and safety procedures, and update documentation such as user manuals and service guides to enhance support processes.
