Service Engineers / Senior Service Engineers - Positive Work Culture

Reporting to the Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for the commissioning, preventive maintenance, and testing of security and communication systems as well as to provide continual technical support to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public Address and other Security & Communication systems.
• Respond to service calls or requests and carry out rectification works at site •Ensure all assigned service jobs are completed timely and meet customers’ requirement.
• Carry out preventive maintenance works for customers as per schedule.
• Carry out standby duty as per roster for urgent service calls or requests outside office hours.
• Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support.
• Provide support and follow up on customer queries and requests.
• Manage and implement service projects and paid jobs.
• Provide support for DLP accounts, paid repair jobs and A&A works.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer, Electronics/Electrical/IT Engineering/Computer Science/Telecommunication Engineering/Higher NITEC applicants, will also be considered.
• With at least 2 years relevant experience in a related field and preferably with IT network experience.
• A good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, coupled with the ability to take initiative.
