Service engineer/technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team, providing exceptional service and maintenance for generator sets and DRUPS (Dynamic Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems. This role focuses on serving customers in the data center and semiconductor industries, ensuring their critical power infrastructure operates flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on generator sets and DRUPS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide prompt and professional support to customers, addressing their service needs and technical inquiries.
•  Diagnose and resolve issues related to generator sets and DRUPS systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation.
•  Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new generator sets and DRUPS systems.
•  Maintain detailed service records, prepare reports, and update maintenance logs.
•  Adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during all service activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in servicing and maintaining generator sets and DRUPS systems is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools, maintenance procedures, and relevant software.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
