Job Description:

• Provide exception service to guests, manage reservations and handle customer feedback 
• Ensure ample stock levels of ingredients and liaise with suppliers to replenish as necessary
• Manage the costs, sales and profit & loss of the store and other administrative matters
• Oversee the front of house staff and communicate with Japanese chef to ensure smooth operations 
• Train service staff and maintain service levels 
• Develop manuals and SOPs for the store etc.

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in F&B/retail or hospitality sectors, in a restaurant manager or assistant restaurant manager capacity 
• Advanced conversational level of Japanese to communicate with chef from Japan and service Japanese speaking guests 
• Able to work flexibly with midnight shifts 
• Independent and able to manage and maintain service levels of the store
