Requirements

• 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  


• Strong experience developing applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
  


• Experience building enterprise applications using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
  


• Experience supporting production ServiceNow applications and delivering continuous enhancements.
  


• Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  


• Experience with AI-enabled capabilities within the ServiceNow platform is an advantage.
  


• Communicative English 
  

•  Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow App Engine platform.
  


• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
  


• Hands-on experience with: App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, IntegrationHub, Decision Tables, Service Catalog, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs
  


•  Experience developing custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
  


• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as PSDS, Case Management, CSM, App Engine, and ITSM or other custom applications is an advantage.
  


• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  


• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
  


• Understanding of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  

•  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  


• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  


• ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist – App Engine
  


• ServiceNow Micro-Certifications in App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, or IntegrationHub are an advantage.
  


• Additional ServiceNow certifications related to AI, Automation, or Integration are a plus.
