Role Summary\n\nThe AGS Sales role is responsible for growing Applied Global Services revenue by engaging customers on their installed base and technology roadmap, identifying service opportunities, and converting them into profitable bookings. The role partners closely with Field Service, Service Business Units, and Commercial teams to deliver value\u2011based service solutions that improve customer productivity while meeting Applied Materials\u2019 business objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCustomer \u0026 Account Ownership\n\n * Own the end\u2011to\u2011end service commercial relationship for assigned customer account(s)\n * Engage customer stakeholders to understand technology direction, operational challenges, and business priorities\n * Build trusted, long\u2011term partnerships focused on customer value and outcomes\n\n\n\nService Growth \u0026 Bookings\n\n * Identify, develop, and close service opportunities including:\n * Standard Service \u0026 Managed Service Agreements (MSA)\n * Performance\u2011based services\n * Paid services, upgrades, conversions, and expansions\n * Drive CSA tool count, order bookings in line with annual revenue and margin targets\n * Lead pricing, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations in alignment with internal policies\n\n\n\nCross\u2011Functional Leadership\n\n * Work closely with:\n * Field Service Organization (FSO) \u2013 to understand tool performance and fab\u2011level realities\n * Service Business Units (SBU) \u0026 FabVantage \u2013 to align services to customer technology needs\n * Business Development \u0026 Marketing \u2013 for portfolio positioning and growth initiatives\n * Legal, Contracts, Finance, and GCC \u2013 to ensure compliant and executable contracts\n * Serve as the single commercial point of coordination across functions for the customer\n\n\n\nPipeline \u0026 Forecast Management\n\n * Build and maintain a strong service sales pipeline\n * Ensure forecast accuracy through disciplined opportunity management\n * Support regional and corporate planning through timely and transparent reporting\n\n\n\nCommercial Discipline \u0026 Governance\n\n * Ensure all offerings comply with entitlement, contract, and pricing governance\n * Balance customer expectations with Applied Materials risk, margin, and delivery capabilities\n * Proactively identify and escalate commercial risks and misalignments\n\n\n\nQualifications \u0026 Experience\n\nRequired\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field\n * Preferably with experience in sales, account management, or service commercial roles\n * Strong ability to navigate complex, cross\u2011functional organizations\n * Customer\u2011centric mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\nUp to 1 Year\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\nDay (Singapore)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 25% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Enhanced)\n\nApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
