Service Sales Executive

Our esteemed client, a reputable company, is searching for a Service Sales Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers to prepare and present service contracts, ensuring clarity and alignment with their needs.
• Prepare detailed repair quotations for customer approval, facilitating timely service delivery.
• Create work orders and Material Requisitions (MR) for the controller to efficiently schedule and manage jobs.
• Consolidate and close work orders upon completion of repair jobs, ensuring all processes are properly documented.
• Monitor customer payments, following up to ensure timely settlements and maintaining positive customer relations.

Requirements:

• NITEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Possess at least 2 years of working experience in B2B Sales.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites for contract discussions and repair confirmations.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License.

Additional Information:

• Working Location: Joo Koon
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Salary up to SGD2,250 + Transport Allowance + Support Allowance + Commission + VB ( 1 Month )
