Tasks:
- Delivers engineering services to customers effectively and on time
- Monitors and maintains customers’ system equipment and performance
- Guides customers through use of equipment safely and effectively
- Explains new features and suggests upgrades to customers
- Builds close relationships with customers
- Generates SLA reports and presents findings to management and customers
- Able to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to peers
- Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers
- Ability to respond to emergencies on time
Qualifications:
- Hold a diploma/degree in electrical engineering, or relevant engineering in RF
- Willing to travel frequently in the ASEAN region
- Good work ethics and growth mindset
- Open-mindedness and innovative thinking
- Good time management skills
