Service Technical Support Engineer (Electrical/Power Industry) - Growth-Minded Organization

Responsibilities:

• In charge of providing technical support to all the customers (local & regional) after sales. 
• Oversee on-site coverage, phone, email, and other remote to provide technical support for all products in a timely and effective manner.
• Customers should be given advice and recommendations in order to solve difficulties.
• Expand and inform the internal team on product issues, and constantly monitor progress/solutions with customers.
• Coordinate with the headquarters and subsidiaries on any product or technical concerns.
• Carry out hands-on training for internal teams to perform full testing of product or system to ensure the functions and fulfill the specifications. 
• Assist the QA team with system testing such as Factory Acceptance, Interface Factory Acceptance testing & Site testing. 

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or NITEC in Engineering or related discipline. 
• Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Quality Engineering in a Manufacturing Industry. 
• Prior experience of auditing requirement of ISO quality system standard is an advantage. 
• Willingness to travel.
