Roles & Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. On-Site and Workshop Services

• Conduct inspections, testing, installation, repairs, and servicing of firefighting vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.

2. Fault Diagnosis and Repair

• Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with firefighting vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, Can Bus system, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

3. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare comprehensive service reports, including:


• Root cause analysis of problems


• Detailed repair information


• Parts used


• Submit reports and daily time sheets to the team leader/supervisor promptly.

4. Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other tasks as assigned by service management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

• Candidate MUST possess at least Professional Certificate.


• Diploma Engineering (Automotive/Electronic/Mechatronic) or equivalent.

Knowledge and experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience are required. Training will be provided.


• Willing to hands on & able to work as team.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 and 4 driving licenses (advantageous)


• Good working attitude and team player


• Effective communication and collaboration skills


• Excellent customer service skills
