Service Technician (Vending) - Join a Leading Company

Job Description

Maintenance of machines/equipment

1. Attend to all service calls during normal working hours, as well as when on standby duties assigned on a roster basis.
2. Install postmix/vending machines and other equipment at outlet
3. Trouble-shoot, service and maintain postmix, coolers and vending machines and other equipment.
4. Check to ensure quality drinks are served through dispensers by performing quality control and preventive maintenance checks.
5. Educate and train customers on simple daily / weekly clean up of the machine
6. Provide feedback to superior regarding competitors’ activities and complaints by customers
7. Check to ensure that the Company’s equipment are properly utilized by operators’ and informed supervisor, if otherwise.
8. Refurbish machines / equipment in the workshop

Other Duties

1. Check vehicle cylinder oil and petrol & tidy and clean vehicle
2. Maintain stock of tools and spare parts in the vehicle
3. Submit service sheets for closing of service calls and refurbishment work
4. Data entry of service sheets information to EC system
5. Perform any related duties as and when directed by Technical Managers / Executives / Supervisory staff
6. Maintain stock of tools and spare parts assigned to perform the service calls / installation.
7. Follow and maintain the Company policies, rules and regulations at all times - Comply to TCCQS  :- eKO/SLP and CDO regulations

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum Nitec in Electrical or equivalent

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field

Others: Possess a Class 3 Driving License
