A leading global investment institution is executing a greenfield-scale ServiceNow transformation , rolling out 15+ modules across ITSM and broader ESM (HR, Risk, Security, Workplace) in a highly complex, global environment.

This is platform ownership at enterprise scale.

Not maintenance. Not incremental upgrades.

They need a technically strong architect who can design, scale and future-proof the ecosystem from the ground up.

• Lead architecture across a greenfield, multi-module ServiceNow landscape
• Drive deep custom development using JavaScript
• Design and implement complex integrations (REST / SOAP / JSON APIs)
• Define governance, scalability and technical standards
• Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow enterprise-wide

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – mandatory
• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong software engineering foundation
• Deep JavaScript expertise (beyond scripting/config level)
• Proven enterprise integration architecture experience

Singapore-based. EP sponsorship available.
