Job Description - ServiceNow Consultant (SPM)

Temus was established by Temasek in partnership with UST, to provide digital transformation solutions for the private and public sectors as we aspire to be a strategic partner in realising the Singapore Government’s Smart Nation vision. We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data & AI.


Responsibilities



  • Spearheaded the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Partnered with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions within the SPM framework.

  • Created and maintained a strategic technical roadmap for the SPM module to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and priorities.

  • Provided direction, mentorship, and oversight to a team of developers and administrators working on SPM implementations.

  • Managed the configuration, customization, and seamless integration of SPM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems.

  • Ensured adherence to industry standards and best practices in the delivery of portfolio management solutions.

  • Diagnosed and resolved technical challenges related to the SPM module, collaborating with cross-functional support teams when needed.

  • Kept up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in portfolio management to continuously improve the SPM solution.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.

  • Strong understanding of portfolio management methodologies and practices.

  • Deep expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.

  • Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting languages.

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with various enterprise systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.

  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified System Administrator (CSA).
