ServiceNowIRM Consultant / Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNowIRM Consultant / Developer with a minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow implementation or platform delivery experience.

This role is focused on ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including Policy & Compliance, RiskManagement, Audit Management, control testing, issue management and related governance workflows.

The ideal candidate should be able to configure IRM processes, support client requirement discussions, translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions and contribute to delivery across configuration, scripting, testing, documentation and deployment.

Responsibilities

IRM / GRC Delivery

• Configure and support ServiceNow IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, controls, issues and related workflows
• Translate governance, risk, compliance and audit requirements into ServiceNow configuration
• Configure forms, fields, views, workflows, notifications, dashboards, reports and access controls
• Support IRM process design discussions, solution walkthroughs, testing and deployment activities
• Prepare configuration documentation, test evidence and knowledge transfer materials

Platform Development

• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions and Flow Designer automations
• Use JavaScript and Glide APIs for ServiceNow scripting
• Build or support scoped applications and platform extensions where required
• Support integrations using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub or MID Server where applicable
• Maintain update sets and support deployments across development, test and production environments

Client & Delivery Activities

• Participate in client workshops, requirement discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement and solution reviews
• Support demonstrations, UAT, defect resolution and release activities
• Identify implementation risks, clarify requirements and raise dependencies early
• Work as an individual contributor within a project team

Requirements

Must-Have

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/ GRC
• Practical experience in one or more IRM areas: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Control testing, Issue management, Compliance or risk workflows
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions and Flow Designer
• Experience configuring forms, workflows, notifications, reports, dashboards and access controls
• Experience participating in client workshops, requirement discussions, testing and deployment activities
• Familiarity with update sets and ServiceNow release practices
• CSA & CIS-IRM certification mandatory

Good toHave

• App Engine Studio experience
• Experience with REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub or MID Server
• Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder
• Experience with CMDB / CSDM
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Exposure to Now Assist or AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities
