Settlements Executive (Commodities)

*Seeking for a Settlements Executive with minimum 2 years of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company*

THE COMPANY

Entrenched within their specialized markets, this company seeks to exceptionally push their own boundaries. Currently, they are currently seeking for a Settlements Executive to be part of the Operations team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Settlement, reconciliation and creation of invoices for both paper and physical commodities for Receivables and payables
2. Solve any invoicing issues
3. Work closely with other relevant departments
4. Ensure invoices' due date and pricing are accurate
5. Involve in any projects relating to settlements function

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or Degree in International Finance/International Shipping/Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company
3. Knowledge of shipping terms/Incoterms and physical trading Contract terms
4. Organized, meticulous, has good interpersonal and communication skills
