From scheduling appointments and answering insurance questions to assisting with pre-authorizations and letters of guarantee, our team simplifies the process, personalizes your experience, and provides expert guidance, allowing you to focus on your health while we handle the rest


About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive, Business Development to join our Care Experience team in Singapore.



In this role, you will drive demand generation and revenue growth through consultative selling, strategic partnerships, and exceptional customer relationships. You will manage a portfolio of partners across various channels (including GP clinics, financial advisors, insurance agents, and allied health providers) and serve as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and proactive engagement.


This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to launch their career in healthcare business development.



This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Manager, Business Development.



A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:



Partner Relationship & Account Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as their primary point of contact

  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution

  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution


Business Development & Revenue Growth:



  • Achieve revenue targets through new partner acquisition and expansion of existing accounts

  • Proactively build and manage sales pipeline across multiple acquisition channels in Singapore

  • Apply consultative selling to understand partner needs and identify cross-selling opportunities for Doctor Anywhere's solutions

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure


Performance & Reporting:



  • Track account metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports

  • Maintain accurate records in sales support systems

  • Continuously refine sales approaches and share best practices with the team



About you



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field

  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates. Candidates with prior exposure to sales, business development, or account management roles will have an added advantage.

  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior stakeholders.

  • A start-up attitude - taking full ownership, going out of your comfort zone, and embracing new challenges

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things
