Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
• Preparation of shipping documentation and other relevant documentation pertaining to export
• Liaising with Operation team for shipments arrangement 
• Communicating with customers. 
• Resolving customer issues
• Handle indoor sales enquiries
• Other ad-hoc jobs

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant work as Warehouse Customer Service
• Experience from 3PL industry is an advantage
• Able to work as a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill 
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office
